Hard agree! Season 7, when compared to 5, 6, and ofc 8 (in my opinion), is probably the best of the later seasons. The tone was definitely more similar to the earlier seasons, and I think a lot of that has to do with Paige finally passing that neophyte stage of becoming a witch and the family dynamic stabilizing and Paige finally seeming to feel like she was actually part of the family.

Did anyone else notice this? Okay so I'm always watching the reruns of Charmed. Anyway, I have just watched the episode where they go back in time to save their ancestor Melinda and help her be born. There is a part in the episode where Phoebe looks into a barrel to see that her true love's name begins with a "C"...All the while we see Phoebe at her darkest and cruelest with the growing threat of their child being born. Then towards the second half of season 5, we start to see Phoebe struggle especially when it comes to killing her sisters so the struggle as seen in the episode ' Long Live The Queen' could play out resulting in Phoebe turning her back on ...Dossier on the charmed ones. How long did the police department have a dossier on the charmed ones,how did Andy end up with the file. I thought Prue burned the file when Andy gave it to her, but how did the police dept end up with the file in later seasons. Sheridan made a new one.

Tbh I dislike the "superwitch" bs that happens both with Prue and then with Piper in the later seasons. Having one sister at the forefront and much more powerful than the other two just seems terribly obnoxious - they are supposed to be the three most powerful witches wielding the Power of Three together, not one superwitch with two sisters to complete the set and comment how powerful the main ...Spoiler tags are not required, but suggested if the discussion starts to move towards a future plot/episode/etc. Secrets and Guys - Season 1 Episode 14. But now I view it as the true (weird) transition of Charmed, not S4. The season was like an assorted bowl of candy, individually they're good but as a whole can be too much. The hairstyles all the sisters had in season 3 and 8 was perfect for the role they played. I agree that 3 and 8 was best. Paige's S5 hairstyle - the red - was my favorite for her, especially when it was also curly. Her S8 hairstyle, though, was a close second.

In a way I sometimes like to imagine that the show is five seasons long, with the final season consisting of Centennial Charmed, the S5 finale, Chris-Crossed, S6E14-19, the last 3 S6 episodes, Cheaper by the Coven, Someone to Witch Over Me, the Utopia duo, The Seven Year Witch, Something Wicca This Way Goes, Still Charmed and Kicking, Rewitched and the final 2 S8 episodes.Likely Wanda would be the winner… but I think the Charmed Ones would stand a chance. Phoebe would know what was going to happen well before it happened.
